Beauty salon
My Beauty Salon is based in my own home, my relaxing therapy room is a calm and quiet haven, situated just ten minutes from the hustle and bustle of Norwich city centre. It was established in London in 2010 and then after having my daughter moved back to Norfolk and started up a beauty salon in Norwich city in 2011. Even though I work from home all my clients get my 100% attention. My treatment room is completely separate from the family home with a Velux window above the beauty couch meaning you can watch the clouds go by while you lay down enjoying some “me time”. My beauty salon is open while my daughter is at school, so it’s completely silent!

Me time
I believe everybody deserves some “me time” away from their day to day routine. With mental health conditions on the ever increase we really do need to address the problem of stress and mental load full on. The NHS has a really interesting page on stress management. It’s definitely worth a read. I strongly believe life needs balance. Don’t wait until you burn yourself out, allow yourself time to unwind and relax by booking regular beauty treatments. My favourite beauty treatment is a facial as it’s not only great for your skin the massage element really helps me zone out.

Beauty parlour infection control policy
My infection control policy is extremely important to me. All my equipment which is used for beauty treatments is either placed in a glass bead sterilizer which reaches 290 °C’ or disinfected using Barbicide. I believe myself to be very unique in this in Norwich. I have completed hours and hours of infection control training in my previous job, so very knowledgeable in this field.
The treatment I offer at my Norwich beauty salon are brows, facials, lash extensions, lashlift, tint, and threading.
My opening hours are mid-week while my daughter is at school. I don’t work evenings or weekends as it’s family-time for me.
No, for treatments like tint, lashlift and eyelash extensions I insist on test patch 48 hours prior to treatment.
Yes, I am NVQ level 2 city and guilds with extra additional courses. I am also fully insured. I am a studier, I love learning new things. Currently I am learning about nutrition and its link to healthy looking skin.
You can’t directly book online. However my diary is available to view online, so you can find a free appointment and email me a time which is convenient for you. Please be 100% sure before booking as I charge for failed or late cancellations.
My beauty salon is a room purpose built attached to my family home. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful. It’s entirely separate to my home with its own door.
